All of God's creatures have rights, a fact that most people don't seem to recognize.
This includes both human and non-human animals, but not all of them can speak for themselves.
There’s little we can do, for we’re defenseless against man — his
weaponry,
Thus he savagely plunders our pods, tears us apart from our family.
The depths that we roam become bloodied, haunted, echoing with our cries,
The threat of extermination looming closer as senseless man such justifies.
We’re dragged aboard their killing machines that wait like a vulture on the
sea,
Yes, hellish factory ships that hunt us down and then slay us ruthlessly.
Though we’ve a right to life and freedom, and to roam ’neath the oceans they
ply,
They refuse to show us mercy, and become our enemy, not an ally.
Help! Save the whales!
