3. Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
Many CVA members offered alternatives to Worcestershire sauce with
anchovies. Comments include:
On a trip to England I encountered "HP sauce" and thought it made a
great replacement. The label on the bottle stated "suitable for
vegetarians," and on their official website they say vegans also can use
it with no concerns. It is a Heinz product, and closer to A-1 sauce in
texture than to Worcestershire, but with experimentation I think it
would do well in recipes calling for a spicy, fruity brown condiment.

Foods and online. http://www.veganstore.com/vegan-worcestershire-sauce/Page_1/422.html

come up. They even have it wheat free. You can buy it online or from
your local health food store. Happy Vegan eating!

"I passed out a box [300 booklets]. The people were very nice and the
literature was gone before the people were! Please also know that CVA
Board Member, Dan Dombrowski, won a very important award (among all the
Jesuit universities, not just Seattle U.) for a book that he wrote.
Congrats to him and it was great to meet him.
Take care, Carol Sullivan" .
