John Robbins Talks about the Typical American Diet

John Robbins, author of many books including “The Food Revolution” writes about the undeniable impact of the typical American diet in our health.

He mentions the movie “Super Size Me” where the main character ate MacDonald’s food for 30 days and his health deteriorated rapidly.

Also, he refers to the group Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM)'s new "Consequences" TV ad referring to McDonald's high-fat menu. Robbins emphasizes on the crucial task of educating people to take charge of their health by eating a well-balanced plant-based diet in order to prevent and decrease the rate of our very common chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
