Vegan diet for athletes
OrganicAthlete has published a 36-page booklet titled “OrganicAthlete
Guide to Sports Nutrition” that explains why a plant-based diet is
optimal for athletes and how to succeed as a vegan athlete while
explaining the myth that animal products are necessary for health and
strength. This booklet takes into account the suffering of animals, our
health and the environment. OrganicAthlete encourages athletes to become
ethical athletes.

We can be excellent role models when we take care of our bodies,
temples of the Holy Spirit. However, our diet not only affects our
health, but it also impacts the rest of God’s creation: animals and the
environment.
