Reverend Cary is vegetarian/Macrobiotic. Our church advocates vegetarianism but does not require it. We encourage our hospitality to be a healthy variety of vegetables and healthy items – occasional sugar shows up.
We tend to love people into wanting to release what no longer works for them, in other words, animal products, gluten and sugar and see how it makes them lighter and happier and clearer in their mind.
