From Joan About Country's Being Accountable for Cruelty

The decent people in this world need to stop all kinds of cruelty to poor defenseless animals. It's time our voices were heard. The more that we speak up the more we will be listened to.
Governments need to be made to acknowledge that this cruelty is unnecessary and they must be made accountable for what goes on in their country. It is their responsibility and they must do something about it.
